Konica Minolta Warranty and Services periods begin at the end of the printer's existing warranty. During this Konica Minolta Warranty and Services period, Konica Minolta will either repair or replace products that prove to be defective. Konica Minolta will provide these repairs at the installation site.

Konica Minolta Warranty and Services extend the original printer exchange warranty to two years or more. Konica Minolta Warranty and Services plans may only be purchased and activated for printers still covered under the original warranty or a current extended warranty plan, for a maximum of five (5) years.
